Liverpool Personal Trainer: Dean Connor

Fitter, healthier, leaner, more toned, full of life…….just a few of the words that my clients use after the first few weeks training with me. Health and fitness is my life and my client’s results mean everything to me.

I have always been passionate about the body, the way it moves, the impact of sound nutrition and the physiology behind everything that goes on inside. This led me to study for my degree in Sports Science (Bsc) further stimulating my thirst for knowledge and the desire to be the best I could possibly be at every stage.

Following my Degree I begun working as a personal trainer with Matt Ibbs Personal training Services in 2007 and with outstanding results from my clients, my passion still grows.

My clients range from housewives, to athletes to soap stars, each with their own individual goals and mentalities. One of my clients has now lost 64lb of fat in the past 12 months and has gone from not being able to perform one press up to completing 44 in one minute on his most recent fitness test.

I will not stand next to you for half an hour while you jog on a treadmill, I will however introduce you to, full body workouts using a mixture of kettlebells, sand bags, gymnastic rings, dumbbells, barbells and whilst it will be fun, it will also be hard work. Fat loss is my specialty, I will help you push past boundaries and become fitter than you have ever been, THAT IS MY PROMISE!!!
