Boot Camps or a Military style boot camp have become one of the biggest growing fitness trends in 2010 and Liverpool has seen a huge influx of these classes. They have also received a lot of press, some good and some negative as to people's experiences of their boot camp workouts.

Now when we say boot camp we usually would think of an army instructor or fitness instructor shouting over you while you are doing press ups with your face in the mud..... right? And when i get emails from clients in Liverpool one of the most popular questions i get asked is 'Will i get shouted at?'

Many boot camps in Liverpool have different styles and what they believe to be the best way to get fit. I see some boot camps in Liverpool with 50+ people running around in 1 group, which for me takes away the personal aspect of the camp and from what i know will effect the results of the whole camp.

We Are A Specialist FITNESS Boot Camp

Our boot camps are like no other in Liverpool. We are the ONLY weight loss specialist fitness boot camp in Liverpool and all our clients are monitored throughout the 12 week camps.

We are also not your typical boot camp. We are a FITNESS boot camp. Meaning we are not an army style boot camp but a boot camp run by personal trainers.

You Are Guided Throughout The 12 Week Fitness Camp Program

All of our clients receive a fitness boot camp manual which has week by week, step by step programs to follow. All the nutritional and recipe instructions are within the manual. Along with articles and fitness and healthy lifestyle tips to ensure that throughout the fitness boot camp you not only lose weight but increase your health too.

Our Accountability Program

Our fitness boot camps differ from other in Liverpool. We do not want people to join our camp and not bother if you do not turn up. If you are not at our boot camps we want to know why. We will not just take anyone on our camp just for the sake of a few extra quid. We want people are are focused on each camp, who are going to help motivate and support everyone at the boot camps and who more importantly want to achieve serious results.

Our 12 week programs have 36 workouts and if you attend any less than 28 sessions (80%) you will not be allowed to return to the camp nor will you be able to sign up to future camps. As mentioned before, we are not just interested in taking your money. Our reputation is based on your results so we only want people who seriously are ready, and want to achieve results.

Specific Nutritional Plans

All our boot camp members are placed on a nutritional plan. You are expected to follow this throughout the fitness boot camp program and this is paramount to your success. Fitness is only one aspect of your success so be ready for our food plans and to drop those unwanted inches!

Our Fitness Boot Camp Numbers Are Limited

As mentioned before we are focused on getting our clients weight loss and healthy results. We deliberately limit our boot camp numbers to ensure that ALL clients achieve results and are given the required instruction from all our personal trainers.

Your Are Monitored and Assessed Throughout The Fitness Boot Camp Program

On weeks 1, 6 and 12 you will be assessed. This is based on the program in your boot camp manual and also the assessment that our personal trainers will take you through. This is an excellent way to ensure that you are staying on track and while you will be able to physically see the improvements it is also a massive physiological boost to be able to see things written down and the results you have achieved.

At the start of the boot camps you are also taking through a health and lifestyle screening so we know of any medical conditions or previous injuries and exercise history that we may have to make allowances for and make changes to your program.

You Are Being Trained By Fully Qualified & Insured Personal Trainers and NOT Fitness Instructors

Our personal trainers are all fully qualified and insured and are not new to the industry. When they are not teaching boot camps they are working at my personal training studio in Liverpool training clients. They know what changes to make if you have any injuries, illnesses or previous injuries and medical conditions that may effect you ability to exercise and can make the sufficient changes to ensure that you can continue with the program and achieve your results.
